About 50% of our office bikes into work each day, and on my route into the office, I use a cross walk signal to get across a busy intersection.
I noticed a couple of days ago that the button for the signal wasn’t working… And then yesterday, I found the right office to call (using Google) and told them about it. Less than 24 hours later, it was fixed!
Kudos to the City of Boulder for being so on top of something like this.
(There was a recent article in the NY Times about an incident where it took NYC two years to change the lightbulb on a streetlight.)
